1 out of 5 starsMaterials used looked old or potentially repurposed. Arms were used with frayed yarn. Item came with different color flowers than what was pictured. It also did not come with a bow tie for groom and there was different decor on the brides feet. Unfortunately this was not an item I could use on my wedding cake due to its quality, which seemed drastically different from other raving reviews. Similar to another recent review, the delivery date was several days after what was expected. However, the seller packaged the item well to protect it and had included a nice gift bag. Seller did provide good customer service when contacted and a satisfactory resolution was made, which I was grateful for and deserved 5 stars for this.

I did everything to satisfy the buyer , this a hand made item , Im so sad that people get their money back , keep the item and still want to destroy your little shop you so hardly established .
